Do you ever have one of those days when you want to want to work out? But you really actually just don't want to workout? This video if for you! You'll feel a gentle burn, but probably won't get all smelly and you'll do a bunch of stretches to open up the back after slouching over your work computer.
This workout could also be a great mid-day activity to keep you active during your lunch or something to do to break up a movie marathon or a night of knitting or crafting.
You'll need a foam roller and some clear wall space for this series. No foam roller? No problem. Roll up a towel or blanket so it fits the length of your spine.
